About Maillist
English (USA)

Welcome to the maillist@eastvalleychorale.org mailing list!
Welcome to the East Valley Chorale mail list. We set up this list to
help spread the word on chorale events, prayer requests, or any other
items related directly to The East Valley Chorale, as well as
questions or comments about them.

This group allows you to do so by addressing your message to
maillist@eastvalleychorale.org

Membership: This group list is for the use of Members, Attendees, and
Friends of The East Valley Chorale. Membership is by request or
invitation for those with active internet email addresses. Members
whose email address becomes inactive or unreachable for more than one
month will be removed from membership. Once the address is made active
that former member may reapply.

Privacy: Messages addressed to "maillist@eastvalleychorale.org"
are delivered only to subscribed members of the Group. Only messages
sent by members are received by the list. Replies are sent to the
original sender and not to the list. The list is setup to be private.
The email addresses or messages are neither publicly available nor
published.

Etiquette: Please refrain from sending jokes, inspirational stories,
chain letters, etc. Please also refrain from any fundraising requests.
It is fine to send internet web links to your source for these or
other items that you feel would be of interest to the Chorale. If
necessary, we may at some point change this to a moderated list
meaning that all messages would have to be approved and if necessary
edited for content. Temper and weigh your messages carefully.

Replies, Attachments, etc. Your replies to messages from the group are
sent only to the original sender and not to the group. Attachments
such as images should not be sent so as to prevent large message
sizes.

Questions about this Group should be directed to
director@eastvalleychorale.org or webmaster@eastvalleychorale.org and
not to the group list.
