Hello Chorale,

 

Hope your week is off to a good start.  Some reminders:

 

1)     Concert this coming Sunday, at Sunland Springs Village.  Concert
starts at 6:00. I’ll give out maps/info at rehearsal tomorrow.
 Please keep me informed if you’re unable to attend.



2)     Rehearsal tomorrow 
. If you still have music at home, please return
it.  We’re trying to determine how many copies of each song we have
 how
many we need to order.  As I mentioned previously, we have a large number of
singers, so please keep me informed if you are unable to make rehearsal.
It’s quite a job to be sure we have enough seats for everyone.  Furthermore,
we will hand out the songs for rehearsal next Tuesday at Mesa Regal.



3)     Rehearsal next Tuesday, 1/23 will be held at Mesa Regal RV Park (4700
E main street in mesa, ½ mile east of Greenfield on north side of Main).
Rehearsal from 7-9 pm with the Mesa Regal Chapel choir (they have about 60
singers).  I’ll have a seating chart with the chorale spread out
but in the
general ‘formation’ that we usually use for rehearsal.    We rehearse in
Royal Hall
NOT THE HALL WHERE WE USUALLY SING.



4)     After the joint rehearsal, I’m hoping we can have a time of
fellowship with both choirs. It’s a good time to get acquainted with the
other singers.   In the past, we’ve had pies, and/or cakes/ etc.  Since
we’ll have about 110 singers at rehearsal, I’ll ask some of EVC and some of
the Chapel choir to bring desserts.  I’ll keep you posted about this.  If
some of you would be willing to bring a pie, you can let me know tomorrow at
rehearsal. We probably need 8-10 pies from each choir.  I’ll ask the chapel
choir to provide drinks and utensils.
