Good morning Chorale,

Thanks for a great rehearsal last night. It was great to have 3 new
singers for the rehearsal. Thanks for your continued friendliness and
acceptance of new folks. It makes a difference. I'm proud to be part of
your family  :-)


1) Barb informed us of some ways to help Lois Clough, one of our
members, currently having some serious health issues. If you are

2) An announcement from Marilyn Jones (one of our sopranos):
Bruce, 
Pastor and Classical Pianist Sam Rotman of Grace Church, 8701 E. Brown
Road in Mesa is presenting a Benefit Concert Sunday, June 17 at 6:00 PM
to honor renown Chinese Conductor Mr. Timothy Su. 
Mr. Rotman is an international concert pianist who has performed over
1800 concerts in 56 countries. He presently performs over 130 concerts a
year in approximately 15 countries. Mr. Rotman is a committed Christian
and very eager to share how God has worked in his life through Jesus
Christ. 
Our Marilyn Jones has had the privilege to hear and enjoy Mr. Rotman's
concerts and recommends spending Father's Day evening, 6 pm, at Grace
Church to honor Our Lord and the work of Mr. Su in China. 
Mr. Su, along with his students presented the first performance of
Handel's Messiah in China, sung in Chinese. A Freewill Offering will be
taken to help to support Mr. Su and his School of Music in Beijing. Mr.
Su will be present at the concert. 
Because of construction being made for the new 202 freeway, it is
recommended that you go to the Church via East Main Street or East
University to Ellsworth. Turn north on Ellsworth and go to Brown Road.
Turn west on Brown Road, stay in the left lane since the Church is on
the South side of Brown, about 3/4's of a mile on the left.   For more
information call the church at 480-354-1460.
