I failed to mention when to arrive for the first concert..We will be
escorted, sign in at the front desk on the 1st floor, given name tags and
taken to the 2nd floor.so you should probably plan to be there at least 20
minutes prior to the concert  (ie at 2:10 or so).  

 

The concert will be in the 'roundish' building in the center of the picture
below.
