[EastValleyChoraleMaillist] Concert fliers

Hello Chorale,

 

I was wondering if some of you might be willing to make 10 color copies of
the 3-column concert-announcements that I sent everyone by email last week;
then, bring the copies to rehearsal on Tuesday.  We would like to hand out
the fliers at Crossroads next Sunday morning (Dec 2nd) and at Mesa Regal
Chapel the following week.  It costs a fortune to make color copies at
staples, etc, but if we could make them ourselves, we could save a good bit.


 

If some of you would be willing to stand at the entrances to the Crossroads
sanctuary at the beginning of services next Sunday, please let me know.  We
need 6 people for each service to cover all the main entrances.  All you
need is a friendly smile.

 

I've already made 100 (300 fliers) on my color printer, so we only need
about an additional 300 pages to provide enough for both places.    You
don't have to cut them if you don't have a paper cutter.I can get them cut
into 3 parts for only a few dollars.  If 30 of our singers could make 10
copies each, we'd have enough.not a lot of drain on your color copier ink,
and very little overall cost.
