A Message/Prayer request from Grace Karcher (one of our sopranos):

My mom, Agnes Schaeffer, who lives with us, had a stroke last week, one
in a history of several old strokes which we didn't recognize
previously.  She is 94 yrs old so they won't be doing any surgery.  Her
L carotid artery in her neck is 95% blocked, plus a couple of arteries
in the back of her head have narrowed.  She is currently in room 253 at
Chandler Regional Hospital.  The plan is to try and get her faculties
back at a rehab center.  Pray for strength and more alertness.  She is
struggling with anxiety and agitation.  She could feed herself better if
the vision would improve.


Please keep Agnes and Grace in your prayers.
